When Yoel Yitzchok Bodek entered the insurance world at just 19 years old, he quickly discovered both the reward and the frustration of the business — the reward of helping families achieve financial security, and the frustration of navigating it all without the right support.
After years of building his own successful practice, Yoel realized many talented agents faced the same challenges he once did: they cared deeply about their clients, but didn’t have the underwriting guidance, carrier relationships, or back-office support needed to deliver the best outcomes.
In 2009, he founded Brokers Central with a clear mission — to create a place where advisors could get the expertise, partnership, and tools they need to thrive. His philosophy remains simple: empower advisors, elevate outcomes, and always put people first.
